The Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission promotes the mobility of staff. The action KA107 of this programme provides funding for exchange mobility with partner countries. Campus Iberus has been awarded with grants under the action KA107 2020-1-ES01-KA107-081388 therefore staff from our partner universities have the opportunity to receive funding for their mobilities.

Staff from Campus Iberus universities in Spain (University of Zaragoza, Public University of Navarre, University of La Rioja and University of Lleida) and staff from the University of Haifa and the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology are eligible to participate in this action.
To be eligible, applicants must fulfil the following general conditions: – Assume responsibility for performing the mobility before 31st July 2023. – Have a contractual work relationship at the time of application and while in mobility at one of the partner universities – Submit a Mobility Agreement Proposal accepted by the sending and the receiving institutions, including activities and agenda during at least 5 working days.
The maximum number of mobilities to be financed under this call for proposals is:
- 8 mobilities from Israeli Universities to Campus Iberus Universities.
- 6 mobilities from Campus Iberus Universities to the Universities of Israel
The daily amount will consist of a maximum of 5 days of stay and 2 days of travel (7 days maximum in total) per participant will be funded.
- Mobilities from Spain to Israel will receive €180/day.
- Mobilities from Israel to Spain will receive €160/day.
Grants will be paid to the beneficiaries by Campus Iberus, according to the actual arrival and departure dates.
The amount of the travel allowance will depend on the distance between the institution of origin and the institution of destination according to the European Commission’s regulations.
Applications must be submited before the 12th of june.
The mobility has to take place between the publication of the results and the 31st of july of 2023.
Applicants must complete the online application form found at the bottom of this website.
The required documents are:
- online application form,
- copy of passport,
- mobility agreement accepted by the sending and receiving institutions
- certificate from the sending institution stating that the applicant is a member of staff at the sending university and will maintain their work relationship at least until the end of the mobility period
Campus Iberus will require copy of payslips from the periods of the mobility to the selected participants after the mobility.

2.Letter of acceptance from the host institution.
3.Copy of passport (pdf).
4.Mobility agreement accepted by the sending and receiving institutions. It has to be signed by a person responsible from the sending institution, the person hosting the participant and the participant.
5.( Only israeli staff) Certificate from the sending institution stating that the applicant is a member of staff at the sending university and will maintain their work relationship at least until the end of the mobility period
Campus Iberus will require copy of payslips from the periods of the mobility to the selected participants after the mobility.

Complete your stay
Once the results of the call are published you will have to complete the following documents:
1 Grant agreement : complete your personal data ( name , surname , nationality , bank account) and include the dates of the stay. Send it to movilidad@campusiberus.es as a WORD . You will receive the grant agreement to sign it electronically.
2.Insurance: It is compulsory to have an insurance . Send to movilidad@campusiberus.es a photo of your European Health card and we will do it for you. If you do not have a EHC , do not worry. Write a message to movilidad@campusiberus.es asking for an insurance without card.
At the end of the stay you will reimbourse the money of the insurance.
3.Attendance certificate. Must be fulfilled by the host institution , you will receive the 30% of the grant 15 days after sending it to movilidad@campusiberus.es
