<<My internship as an assistant teacher in Turkey was a life-changing journey. It was the perfect mix of professional growth and personal discovery.
A huge part of my success was my mentor Aslı Şimșir. She taught me the best teaching skills and made me feel like I truly belonged in the country. Thanks to her guidance, I never felt like a stranger and gained the confidence to lead my classes effectively.
This experience gave me a sense of freedom. Living in a new culture made me more independent and taught me life skills that you can’t find in a textbook. While I taught my students, they taught me about their rich history and traditions, giving me a truly global perspective.
Erasmus is an amazing way to grow. I highly recommend this experience to everyone. It doesn’t just improve your CV, it changes who you are and how you see the world.>>

«During my Erasmus+ internship at ALDA in Vicenza, Italy, I was involved
in project coordination, communication tasks, and supporting workshops
promoting local democracy and civic engagement. The team was incredibly
warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and valued from the very
beginning. I learned something new every single day, whether through
tasks, discussions, or observing how projects were managed. Living and
working in Vicenza was a truly enriching experience that combined
professional growth with personal connections. I felt genuinely happy
within the group, and this internship has been a wonderful chapter in my

«Trabajar en Atenas en IDEC fue una experiencia única y muy enriquecedora. Estuve involucrado en distintas fases de los proyectos europeos, desde la preparación hasta la coordinación con socios de varios países. Me encantó el ambiente multicultural, donde siempre había algo nuevo que aprender y compartir. Atenas como ciudad le dio un plus: trabajar rodeado de tanta historia y vida diaria fue inspirador. It has allowed me to be accompanied every step of the way towards the enrichment of my capacities and abilities while providing an extended and dedicated environment for me as a trainee. The mentorship was key to the familiarisation with their work system, the culture of the city and the country and the discovery of various aspects of the European Union previously unknown. «Mi experiencia en Bruselas ha sido mi segunda vez de Erasmus, y la viví totalmente diferente a la primera. Diferente porque en vez de ir a estudiar, fui a hacer prácticas. Esto, que al principio me asustó un poco, debido a ser mi primera experiencia laboral internacional, resultó ser maravilloso. La organización me acogió con los brazos abiertos y un ambiente muy acogedor en el momento de mi llegada.
Los retos profesionales allí fueron varios y la sensación de satisfacción de haberlos sobrepasado es algo que siempre recordaré. Sin embargo, lo más importante desde mi punto de vista, es cómo este tipo de experiencias te preparan para adaptarte a lo desconocido, a comunicarte con gente de otras culturas y a crecer personalmente, todo esto mientras creas amistades alrededor de todo el mundo.»
