
Here are the following steps to follow as a beneficiary of an ERASMUS+ mobility grant .
The models of the documentation to be completed are listed next to the numbers.

- Grant agreement the student must fill in the blue details of the grant agreement and send it by post to movilidad@campusiberus.esOnce it has been reviewed by Campus Iberus, a copy of the final document will be sent and must be signed electronically. If an electronic signature is not available, it must be sent by ordinary mail to the following address (if the participant lives in Zaragoza, he/she can deliver it by hand).

*The dates indicated in the agreement will always correspond to the first and last day of the stay.
*Participants recognised as students with fewer opportunities must send the corresponding accrediting documents: MEC scholarship, certificate of disability, etc.
*Participants on an eco-travel (bus or train journey) must send travel tickets.

- Learning agreement The student must fill in their contact details in the document and send it to the host institution to fill in their contact details and table A of the “before the mobility” section, as well as sign the document in the HOST INSTITUTION box under TABLE C. All this in WORD format.
The SENDING INSTITUTION box will be filled in by Campus Iberus, so we need it to be in WORD format, we will send it to your university for them to sign the document and we will send it back to you so you can upload it to your profile on the EU4EU platform.
Scanned signatures are permitted on this document.
- Language test (optional): you will have to take the language test on the EU ACADEMY platform. Once you have done the test, write a message to: movilidad@campusiberus.es
It is a tool recommended for use during the stay.
- Travel insurance: the student must have a valid European Health Insurance Card for the period of mobility. Campus Iberus will arrange a compulsory travel and accident insurance that will be sent before the mobility. The amount of the insurance is approximately 12 EUR/month (you will find the exact amount inside the document). In the case of external insurance, it must be presented by the participant.
- Certificate of Arrival The first week at the host institution the student will have to process the certificate of arrival and send it signed and stamped by the institution to movilidad@campusiberus.es además you will have to upload it to your profile on the EU4EU platform.
*The student will receive 70% of the amount of the scholarship within 15 days of receipt of the signed documents .
Once the first payment of 70% of the grant has been received, the student must transfer the amount of the insurance to the Campus Iberus account: Caixa IBAN ES18 2100 8687 2702 0000 0530 with concept SUEP+ Name+ Surname and send the proof of payment to movilidad@campusiberus.es.
- European Commission Survey: On the last day of the mobility the student will receive a survey from the European Commission to evaluate his/her experience. The subject of the email will be: Erasmus+ participant survey. If you can’t find it, please check your SPAM folder.
- Europass Mobility: The participant has to fill in the following form with the information of the final Learning Agreement:

You will be provided with a Europass certificate once signed by the host institution.
8. Final certificate: Before leaving the host institution the student must process the certificate of completion and send it signed, it is the last page of the Learning Agreement (with the same date of completion as detailed in the Grant Agreement) and stamped by the institution to movilidad@campusiberus.es In the same way, you will have to upload it to your profile on the EU4EU platform.
*The student will receive the remaining 30% of the scholarship amount once Campus Iberus verifies that all the above steps have been completed correctly.

If you do not have a digital certificate, it must be sent by ordinary mail to the following address (if the participant lives in Zaragoza, he/she can deliver it by hand).

The student must fill in their contact details in the TRAINEE box. In the SENDING INSTITUTION box you will have to put the university of origin. The contact person will be the participant’s thesis supervisor.
* Find the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education Code of your Sending institution here:https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/erasmus-esc/home/organisations/search-for-an-organisationOnce completed, it must be sent to Campus Iberus for review in WORD format.
The participant will then send it to the HOST INSTITUTION/RECEIVING ORGANISATION to fill in their contact details and tables A and C in the “before the mobility” section. After a final review by Campus Iberus, the student must send the document for signature to all parties (sign below TABLE C).
*Scanned signatures and electronic signatures are allowed on the document.
- Language test: the student must take the language test on the EU ACADEMY platform. When you have done the test, you will send a message to programas@campusiberus.es attaching the resulting certificate. Go to the bottom of the page to follow the steps to access the platform.
It is a tool that is recommended to be used during the stay.
