Please, download the template for the abstract that must be included in the inscription. The word count should be kept to a maximum of 300 words; it may include images as long as the final length is not over one page altogehter.
POSTER FORMAT
Those who choose the poster format must print it and bring it to the conference.
It is recommended to use a medium-weight paper for printout; using a paper that is not too heavy will make it easier to transport and display on the designated panels at the residence.
The required format for the poster is A1. Under no circumstances must its width exceed 90 cm.
A sample template can be downloaded (A1 size). Please note that while general recommendations are provided for the title, structure, and font size, the final design is at your discretion.
Below, you will find examples of the highest-rated posters from previous editions of the Campus Iberus Doctoral Conference.
ORAL PRESENTATION
Oral presentations (in either English or Spanish) must be strictly limited to 15 minutes. This includes 12 minutes for the presentation followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
Please ensure that your presentation is in .ppt (PowerPoint) or PDF format.
For the “flash presentations”, the PDF of your poster will be displayed on the screen (as a single slide). WE STRONGLY ADVISE checking that your submitted poster is clearly legible when projected.
In all cases, presentations should aim to communicate research effectively to a non-expert audience. We encourage participants to foster engagement by inviting questions and debate.
