Registration of PhD students upon arrival

PhD students should register upon arrival at the residence, which is scheduled for Wednesday 17 June. 

Where applicable, participants will be informed of the location of their poster.

Development of Campus Iberus’ Doctoral Conference

There will be two parallel sessions, one in English and one in Spanish, featuring participants from various universities and fields of study. These sessions will be multidisciplinary in nature.

There will be different time slots:

Slot J-m, thursday 18th June (morning) ; sessions J-m-A and J-m-B   

Slot  V-m, friday 19th June (morning); sessions V-m-A and Vm-B.

Additionally, there will be dedicated poster sessions for all participants, during which authors are expected to answer questions from attendees. A specific period within these sessions will be reserved for “flash presentations”, which will be conducted entirely in English.

It is ESSENTIAL to remember that the content and format of presentations must be accessible to PhD students from other disciplines and areas of knowledge.

Posters must be printed in advance and brought to the residence for display during the event.

Certificates

All PhD students will obtain a participation certificate.
