Accommodation and food allowance
The conference will take place in the University Residence of Jaca.

The organisation will cover the expenses of the inscription and accommodation as well as the food allowance of Wednesday 17th of June (lunch), Thursday 18th (breakfast) and Friday 19th (breakfast and lunch).
Any dietary restrictions can be indicated in the inscription form that will required for submission to all inscribed participants (before X June).
Traveling to Jaca
A bus service is planned for the following routes: Lleida–Zaragoza–Jaca and Logroño–Pamplona–Jaca, and vice versa for the return journey.
On the registration form, please indicate whether you require the transport service or will be making your own travel arrangements. In the latter case, the organisers will not cover any costs incurred.
