(with workshop allocation and an oral presentation session) 

Pre-registration

All PhD students from the universities of Campus Iberus are invited to take part in the PhD conference, which will be held from 17 to 19 June 2026 in Jaca.

Interested parties should submit their application online (via the ‘REGISTER’ button on the homepage) and attach the following documents by 7 May 2026.

1. Abstract (preferably in English) of the paper you will present on your doctoral research during the JJDD. Please use the template available here. A book of abstracts will be compiled from all contributions and made available to all participants once attendance has been confirmed.

2. Please indicate your preferred participation format on the registration form:

1. Oral presentation (12 mins + 3 min for questions, in English)
2. Oral presentation (12 mins + 3 min for questions, in Spanish)
3. Poster (in English) + flash presentation (5 mins, in English)
4. Poster (in English)

3.  A short letter outlining your interest in and reasons to participate in the conference, with the approval of your supervisor or thesis tutor. (Max. 200 words). 

Selection of participants

There is a pre-determined limit on the maximum number of participants per university:

• Universidad de Zaragoza: 18 PhDs
• Universidad de Lleida: 12 PhDs
• Universidad Pública de Navarra: 10 PhDs
• Universidad de La Rioja: 8 PhDs

If there are any remaining places from a university, they would be allocated to the others.

Confirmation of Attendance and Final Registration

Those selected to take part in the XII edition of the Iberus Campus Doctoral Conference will receive a confirmation email stating the type of participation assigned to them.

This notification will be sent by 11 May 2026 (to those who registered during the initial registration period, which ends on 7 May).

The selected PhD students must then confirm their participation by completing a confirmation form, which will be available on this page, and providing the requested information.
