The Campus Iberus Consortium, enforcing its zero tolerance policy against fraud and corruption, is committed to promoting appropriate measures to prevent any fraudulent activity in the use of its own or public funds, as set out in the Campus Iberus Anti-Fraud Plan.

This entity undertakes to carry out all relevant actions to fight against fraud and to keep its activity as far as possible away from suspected fraud.

Some of our measures consist of:

Prevention

• Values of the entity
• Distribution of management, control and payment functions and responsibilities.
• Risk assessment mechanisms.
• Internal control system.

Detection

• Fraud indicators.
• Complaints channel.

Correction

• Opening of files.
• Suspension of the act where the possible fraud occurs.
• Notification to the competent authorities.

Pursuit

• Communication and reporting to the responsible authorities
• Initiate disciplinary proceedings
• Denounce the facts before the Public Prosecutor’s Office and competent courts.
