The strategic partners are companies or organizations that consider a cooperation with Campus Iberus as a first class opportunity for the achievement of their social goals, as well as their research, development and innovation goals. Likewise, they are committed to work for the development of the Strategic Plan 2011-2015 .
At the moment, the strategic partners of Campus Iberus are:
ACCIONA. Acciona is one of the largest Spanish business corporations and is a leader in the promotion and management of infrastructures, renewable energies, water and services. It has over a hundred years experience and is present in over 30 countries all around the world.
CENER. The National Renewable Energy Centre (CENER). A technology centre specializing in applied research and the development and promotion of renewable energies.
CIBER-BBN. A Biomedical Research Centre that is part of a Bioengineering, Biomaterials and Nanomedicine Network (CIBER-BBN). It brings together some of the most important Spanish research groups in the field, from universities and hospitals as well as from other technology centres.
CODORNIU. Codorniu, which was founded in the 16th century, is a wine-producing company that specialises in the production and sale of sparkling and still wines.
CONFEDERACIÓN HIDROGRÁFICA DEL EBRO (CHE). Ebro Hydrographic Confederation. The management, regulatory and water and irrigation maintenance authority of the Ebro river basin.
CSIC. The Spanish National Research Council. It is planned that it will become a member of the Consortium, by integrating its centres in the territory of the Consortium into it.
ENDESA. It is the largest electricity company in Spain and the largest private electrical company in Latin America. It is a major electrical operator in Europe and has made great progress in the field of renewable energies.
GM España. A company that buys, sells, imports, exports, distributes, manufactures, assembles, designs and engineers automobiles and auto parts and components.
PRINCIPIA TECH. US based company, which is a spin-off of MIT. It is a founding patron of the Foundation for the Development of Nanotechnology in Navarre.
GRUP ALIMENTARI GUISSONA. The Guissona Food Group has extensive experience in the agri-food sector. It carries out all the farming, industrial and commercial activities necessary to reach the end consumer without intermediaries.
INSTITUTO CERVANTES. The Cervantes Institute is the public organization created by the Spanish government in 1991 for the promotion and teaching of Spanish and the dissemination of Spanish and Hispano-American culture.
ORYZON. Oryzon is a functional genomics company with headquarters in Barcelona. It was created in 2001 as a spin-off of the National Research Council (CSIC) and the University of Barcelona.
RIOJA. Its origins date back to 1926 and since then it has been responsible for ensuring the promotion and control of the quality of its wines and promoting their image.
TAIM WESER. A company that engineers, manufactures and offers after-sales service in its four areas of business: maintenance, cranes, waste treatment and renewable energies.
URBASER. The ACS Group, through its environmental company Urbaser, is a leader in waste management and treatment. It carries out street cleaning, waste collection and transport, treatment and recycling of urban waste, comprehensive management of the water cycle and urban gardening.
VALL COMPANYS. The Vall Companys Group, with over 50 years business experience, has as its main areas of activity the bread flour market and pig and poultry livestock production.
